Mnr Uren se navorsing fokus op die invloed van alkoholgebaseerde hand vryf op velgrensfunksie. Hy is betrokke as ʼn junior lektor in die onderrigleer van voorgraadse studente in die veld van beroepshigiëne.
Mr Uren’s research is focused on the influence of alcohol based hand rubs on skin barrier function. He is involved as a junior lecturer in the teaching and learning of undergraduate students in the field of occupational hygiene.
