I am a junior lecturer at NWU Potchefstroom. I am an active individual and enjoy being outdoors. Currently, I am a coach at the NWU rugby institute. At the moment, I am working on my master's thesis in sport science entitled "The relationship between anxiety, pre-performance routine, and goal kicking performance among rugby union goal kickers”.
