Welcome to the Children’s Lab Background The Children’s lab provides responsive and timely social work assessment and treatment; along with interviews of children and family members who may have experienced child abuse, neglect or exposure to violence. Children and adolescents are seen for comprehensive evaluations of alleged abuse…Madeleine’s postgraduate research focussed on drug discovery in animal models of psychiatric illness. Madeleine’s research is now focussed on the development and validation of a mouse model for myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, in order to assess potential drug treatment options.
