The HRD programme is a member of the Program Excellence Network (PEN) of the International Academy of Human Resource Development. This Network " is committed to strengthening HRD academic programs and promoting excellence in teaching HRD. It provides a forum for its members to explore, learn, and work together to shape the future direction of HRD…, Why this degree?, Our Bachelor of Human Resource Development (BHRD) degree with specialisation in Human Resource Development focuses on improving the expertise and skills levels of human resource development (HRD) practitioners in the private and public sectors. Our degree is currently the only undergraduate degree of its kind in South Africa. Die MHO-program is ʼn lid van die Program Excellence Network (PEN) van die Internasionale Akademie vir Mensehulpbronontwikkeling. Dié netwerk is verbind tot die versterking van MHO-akademiese programme en die bevordering van uitnemendheid in die onderrig van MHO. Dit bied ʼn forum vir sy lede om te verken, te leer en saam te werk om die toekomstige…, Waarom hierdie graad?, Ons BA-graad in Mensehulpbronontwikkeling (Bachelor of Human Resource Development, BHRD) met spesialisering in Mensehulpbronontwikkeling fokus op die verbetering van die kundigheid en vaardighede van praktisyns in mensehulpbronontwikkeling (MHO) in die privaat en openbare sektor.  Ons graad is tans die enigste voorgraadse graad van sy soort in…, Kernvakke, Ons vakke word deur hoogs opgeleide akademiese en bedryfskundiges aangebied en is daarop gemik om studente optimale blootstelling aan relevante, toepaslike vakinhoud te gee:   Inleiding tot mensehulpbronontwikkeling  Leer, motivering en prestasie Mensehulpbronontwikkeling in die Suid-Afrikaanse konteks Volwasse leer Mentorskap en afrigting…, Waarom ons?, Ons maak gebruik van dosente wat nie net self hierdie graad op nagraadse vlak verwerf het nie, maar wat ook kundige praktisyns (met etlike jare ervaring) in opleiding en ontwikkeling is.  Studente kry tydens kontaksessies die geleentheid om netwerke te vorm en probleme wat hulle op die gebied van opleiding ervaar, te bespreek met kollegas wat ook…, Toelatingsvereistes, TPT van 20 Minimum van drie jaar werkservaring as ’n opleier Om tot hierdie program toegelaat te word, is die volgende vereistes van toepassing: Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Matriek) met universiteitsvrystelling. Ten minste drie jaar werkservaring as ’n opleier op die gebied van MHO. Internettoegang, aangesien opdragte elektronies ingedien moet…, Kampusse, Ons graad is gerieflik, aangesien dit op ’n beperkte kontakbasis (drie weke per jaar) aangebied word. Dit sal jou die geleentheid bied om te studeer terwyl jy werk en die teorie onmiddellik in die werkplek toe te pas.
