
Background
North-West University (NWU), through its HySA Infrastructure programme, invites students to apply for an intensive Hydrogen Technologies Training Programme aimed at developing skills and practical exposure in the growing hydrogen economy.
The programme will provide participants with foundational and applied knowledge in hydrogen technologies, including hydrogen production, storage, safety, and utilization.
Course Delivery
The training will be delivered through a blended format consisting of:
- Online theoretical sessions
- In-person contact sessions and Hands-on practical laboratory work
- NWU Pilot Hydrogen Facilities Site Visit
- Industry exposure visit
Participants will gain direct exposure to real hydrogen technologies and pilot-scale facilities at NWU.
For participants travelling from outside North-West University: Accommodation and Transport cost will be covered by NWU.
