Registration for the 4th International Conference on Electrolysis ICE2023, will open on 31st January 2023. All participants of the Conference have to complete the online registration form and pay the registration fee through this website. Registrations will not be confirmed until after payment has been received. All pricing is in South African Rand.
Regular registration: R 25 000.00
Student registration*: R 21 000.00
Guest Dinners and Game Drive fee: R 4500.00
*The student rate applies to attendees currently enrolled at an institution of higher education. Verification of student status will be required submitted through online registration form.
Each registration will include:
- Admission to technical sessions
- Accommodation at Sun City Resort with check-in on Sunday 27th August 2023 until check-out on Friday 1st September 2023.
- Refreshments at coffee breaks
- Lunch Sunday through to Thursday
- Four dinner events including the Gala Dinner
- Satellite events: Industrial Tour(Limited Number) and Game drive
Please note that at least one author of each accepted paper (for either oral or poster presentation) must register for and attend the Conference at the registration fees shown on this page
Cancellation and Attendee Substitution Policy
Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice that must be emailed to ICE2023@nwu.ac.za. Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
Cancellations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received in accordance with the following schedule:
- Cancellation on or before 26th July 2023: A 80% refund will be issued
- Cancellation on or before 18th August 2023: A refund of 50% will be issued
- Cancellation after 18th August 2023: No refund will be made
