New ethics applications

Please use the following templates and sent completed ethics applications to ENG-REC@NWU.ac.za. The ENG-REC ethics application form will guide researchers on which supporting documents to submit together with an ethics application.

The idea of this template is to add this section to your research proposal. The proposal will then function as the “one-stop” document for your study (both in terms of the scientific aspect as well as any ethical considerations).

The Reviewer’s Form is used by ENG-REC reviewers during the review of ethics applications. It is recommended that researchers use this form as guideline when completing their ethics applications.
