Engineering Day 2024
Our Engineering days and week will be held at our Potchefstroom Campus, within the premises of the Faculty of Engineering on the following dates:
Engineering Days:
- Wednesday – 3 July 2024 (Open to grade 12 learners ONLY)
ENGINEERING DAY REGISTRATION (3 July 2024)
- Saturday - 28 September 2024 (Open to grade 8 - 12 learners)

Engineering Week: (Open to grade 10 - 12 learners)
- 2 - 5 July 2024
The purpose of this unique programme is to introduce learners in grades 8 to 12 to engineering as an exciting career and to inspire them toward their Mathematics and Physical Sciences studies.
On this day, learners will have the opportunity to engage with engineers, engineering students, and engineering lecturers in a fun and interactive way. They will also experience our engineering physical facilities and get a taste of student life through the campus tour. The learners will be introduced to our four Engineering schools, and they will have the opportunity to engage with two Schools of their choice through fun projects with take-home artefacts.
